United States only, every state, tracked to your door.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery then takes 3 business days. You receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves.
We would rather tell you now than surprise you later: the device ships from our manufacturing partner, so it is not a two-day delivery. If that does not work for you, do not order.

Free on every order.
Duties and taxes
We only ship within the United States, so there are no import duties on arrival. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.
About holiday delivery
We will not promise you a Christmas delivery date we cannot hold. When the cutoff gets close, we will say so on the product page, with a real date.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, write to us at info.hearthstride@gmail.com and we will sort it out. A damaged item is replaced at our cost.
