Refund policy

The 90-morning trial

Use the Deep-Thaw™ Knee Warmer every morning for 90 days. If your mornings are not easier, contact us and we will refund you.

• You have 90 days from delivery to request a refund.
• Email us and tell us it did not work for you. We do not ask for a reason, a photo or a doctor's note.
• We send you a return address. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover it.
• Once the device is received, we refund the full purchase price to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

The 2-year warranty

Beyond the trial, the device is covered for 2 years from the date of delivery, and that includes the battery and the charging port. If it stops heating, stops holding a charge, or the port fails, contact us and we repair or replace it at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover damage from dropping the device, submerging it in water, or opening the casing.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
