Bought for painful knees.
“Simple operation and setup. My model performs flawlessly. The heat is strong even on the first setting. The massage is also clearly noticeable. Bought for painful knees. I recommend it.”
For knees that need ten minutes before they'll walk
Deep, targeted warmth on the knee before your first step. Ten minutes of waiting gets a knee to usable. Fifteen minutes of warmth, sitting on the bed, gets it to ready.
Deep-Thaw™ Knee Warmer
$99, once. It's yours for good. Over the first year alone, that's about 27 cents a morning.
One knee, or both?
Hearthstride is sold only here. One store, one price, one warranty.

“Not cured. Moving.”
“I’ll be straight with you because I hate reviews that aren’t. My knee is not fixed. I still know it’s there. But I’m standing up at six instead of six-ten, and I’ve stopped sitting down on the stairs.”
From Charlotte's story
Her page explains why a knee is fine by ten and cold at six. This page shows you what's in the box, what it costs, and the way back out, in writing.
Skipped the story? It's a five-minute read, and it's where the honey comes from. Read it first.
There's a clinical name for those first ten minutes. The Cleveland Clinic calls it morning gel.1
The four sources are further down, with their limits.

“First two mornings I didn't notice much and I nearly sent it back. Somewhere around day five it clicked. If you try it, give it the full week.”
The device
The offer
One price, once. Ten minutes a morning is about 61 hours a year, spent sitting on the edge of a bed.
Paying out of pocket, one physio visit averages about $160, and a cortisone shot runs $100 to $300 before the office fees. Neither one is at the edge of your bed at six.
US self-pay prices: MDsave, estimated national average for a physical therapy visit, and WebMD, cortisone shot, injection only.
Black Friday presale: the Deep-Thaw™ Knee Warmer is $99 instead of $129, for the first 50. 50 of the 50 are left at this price; then it's $129 again, and on November 30 at the latest.
Both knees? Two warmers are $159 instead of $208, 20 packs left at the presale price: the second one is $60, because it goes in the same box. Pick it at the top of the page, or add the second one after you order.
You pay once, and it's yours. No subscription, nothing to renew. The way back out is written out just below.
The way back out
90 mornings, counted from the day it arrives.
Return postage is on you, unless it arrived damaged or faulty.

And a 2-year warranty, in writing. Whole device, battery and charging port.
The complaint that comes back in Amazon reviews of cordless knee warmers is a device that quits between month two and month seven. If yours stops heating or charging, email us your order number and a short photo. We send a replacement, at no cost to you.
Ninety mornings is long enough to know. If it isn't yours by then, it comes back, and so does the money.
How you use it
No app, no outlet, nothing to set up at six in the morning.
Sit on the edge of the bed. Two wide straps, either leg.
Start on the lowest level, 113°F. The built-in timer stops it at the end of the session.
Fifteen minutes later, stand up. The warmer works while you don't.
15 minYour fifteen minutes.
The guide in your inbox covers the settings and the first week, so the first morning isn't a guess.

Warms the joint itself, before the first step, while you're still sitting on the bed. Then you move.
It warms the fluid with movement. That is exactly what the ten minutes are.
It helps, for a while: “the effectiveness wears off,” as one forum post puts it. And it works on pain. Cold fluid isn't pain, it's thickness.
You walk to the bathroom first, on the knee you're trying to warm. Gone before you're dressed.
It holds the joint. It doesn't warm it, and even the good ones slide.
It lives by the outlet, so you walk to it. Flat on a round joint. No timer. It slides off the moment you bend the leg.
Tomorrow morning
You sit up on the edge of the bed the way you always do, and you reach for it instead of waiting.
Fifteen minutes, warm on the joint, while you drink the first half of the coffee. Then it stops, and you stand up once.
And you walk to the kitchen without the little calculation you do every day about how far it is. Whoever usually gets there first looks up, because you're early.
That's it. That's the whole product.

Before you order
You are. And you spend them doing nothing but waiting. Switch it on and the fifteen minutes are yours: the coffee, the phone, the radio. The warmer works while you don't. Then it stops, and you stand up once.
A pad lives by the outlet, lies flat against a round joint, has no timer, and slides off when you bend the leg. This one lives on the nightstand, wraps the joint, stays on while you reach for the coffee, and stops itself at the end of the session.
Count what the ten minutes already cost you: the plans you make around them, the early departures, the person who waits. One payment, and ninety mornings to see whether it earns its place. If it doesn't, it goes back.
So have we, and some of them look a lot like ours. A wrap like this one sells for under $40 at the big-box stores, and it will warm your knee. What it doesn't come with is the 90-morning guide, ninety mornings to decide, a 2-year warranty that names the battery, and a human who answers. If a cheaper one does your mornings, keep it. If yours quit before the year was out, you know why we wrote the warranty the way we did.
It isn't two-day shipping, and we'd rather say so now than have you watch the mailbox. The real timing is on our shipping page. Shipping is free.
Just under 10 ounces with the battery in. About a paperback. It's the weight of a book, not a brace.
Yes, as long as the knee isn't swollen, red or hot. Heat is for stiffness. For swelling, use cold instead. And never fall asleep wearing it.
No. Morning gel is well documented in osteoarthritis. This is about the first ten minutes of your day, not about what your X-ray shows. Heat won't change the X-ray, and we don't claim it will.
Ask your surgeon first. Whether heat is right for you after surgery, and when, is a question for them, not for us.
Spend tomorrow's ten minutes waiting, or on the coffee while the knee gets ready without you. Ninety mornings to find out, $99 once.
