Where we ship

United States only. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

How long it takes

Orders ship from our manufacturing partner, not from a US warehouse, so this is not a two-day delivery. We email you the day the parcel leaves, with the tracking number, and we answer within one business day if you want to know where it is. If a slower delivery does not work for you, do not order.

Free on every order.

About holiday delivery

We will not promise you a Christmas delivery date we cannot hold. When the cutoff gets close, we will say so on the product page, with a real date.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, write to us at info.hearthstride@gmail.com and we will sort it out. A damaged item is replaced at our cost.
